The City of Aberdeen online permit portal provides public information on parcels and permits.
The Parcel and Permit Search provides the listed information below. Once the page is open enter the search information into the search bar. Creating an account or signing in to an existing account is unnecessary to view documents.
- Search for parcel information by parcel number or address, with in the search bar. The information you will find: Legal Description, Zoning, Floodplain Designation, Ward, Critical Area, Owner Information, and a list of Permit Information.
- Search for permit information by parcel number, address.
Note: Only permits purchased from 2018 to today, are provided with this parcel search. All permits before 2018 are available through our Aberdeen Permit History page.
The City GIS Map also provides information about the parcel, by clicking on the property. The GIS mapping will provide an estimated location of property lines, sewer lines, water lines, floodplains, zoning, and critical areas.
