Some examples of Nuisance Code violations include:
- Accumulation of garbage, trash, junk.
- Inoperable, unlicensed, or junk vehicles on private property.
- Vegetation encroaching onto the right-of-way creating a pedestrian or traffic hazard.
- Graffiti.
- No utilities or garbage service.
