What It Is

Every division of land into four or fewer lots, tracts, parcels, sites or subdivisions for the purpose of sale or lease, or owner's permitted uses, shall proceed in compliance with this chapter. It is established that the city engineer is authorized and directed to enforce all the provisions of this chapter.
