Salary Range: 13: $3,298 – $4,007 per month plus benefits

Position Summary: Maintenance Worker I is a first level maintenance worker who will perform semi-skilled work involved in street, sewer collection system, park construction, maintenance, and repair. Record and verify maintenance records for materials, supplies and equipment. The Maintenance Worker I functions as worker with labor, hand tool and equipment operator job skills. The position’s duties depend on crew and job needs, include training assignments, and require safety skills.
- Experience, education, or training which provides the level of knowledge, skill and ability equivalent to: High school graduation or GED; one year of experience in building, operations, or maintenance related duties.
- Valid WA State Driver’s License.
- Flagging and First Aid Cards may be required.
