What do I do if my water was shut off and I got a yellow notice on my front door?
  1. Make a payment on your account.  You must pay at least the PAST DUE amount to have the services restored.  You can go to City Hall to make a payment or you can visit the payment portal to make your payment.  Your payment must be made with CASH, MONEY ORDER or CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.  
  2. If you make a payment on our payment portal you will need to call (360) 537-3210 to notify the billing department that your payment has been made and that your service needs to be restored.
  3. Payments must be made by 3:30pm for service to be restored the same day.
